Dave founded SchultzeWORKS in 1997 and has helped a wide variety of start-ups flourish, including his own Gridopolis Games.
Dave holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture and a Master's Degree of Industrial Design.
He has been teaching at Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles since 2001.
For fun, Dave loves to design, sketch, and make stuff in 3D.

Craig is true master of Design Thinking tools & principles. Craig's expertise also includes live facilitation, design strategy, customer & user research, industrial design, branding / messaging, and creativity workshops.
Graduate of Rhode Island College of Design and intructor at RISD for seven years, Craig now serves as a guest critic for OTIS presentations.
